By accessing or using QuoteCraft ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
QuoteCraft is a professional quoting platform designed for UK tradespeople. The Service allows users to create, send, and manage quotes for their customers. Features include AI-powered quote generation, voice-to-quote functionality, material price lookup, and customer tracking.
3. Accounts and Registration
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Subscription and Payments
Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe billing portal.
5. Free Trial
New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to the Free plan unless you choose to upgrade. No payment information is required to start the free trial.
6. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take data protection seriously and comply with UK GDPR requirements. Customer data you enter into the Service remains your property.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable, or to attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuoteCraft, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
